Despatch
We undertake to supply you with the goods described on these web pages by any date you might reasonably request. We have most items in stock so we will do our best to send your order within 1-14 working days. Please note that some brands may take up to 28 days. If you have an urgent order, it is always advisable to discuss your requirements on the telephone, 07 3229 9191.

Delivery
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Evie Boo Lingerie can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.
Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.

Contact
We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered. We will not email you at all without your permission.

Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to exchange items within 28 days. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

Overseas Returns
If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and send to: Evie Boo Lingerie, Shop 10, 293 Adelaide Street, BRISBANE, 4000 QLD. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting.

The price of items are current at the time of delivery 

Cancelling an order
In the event that you decide to cancel part or all of your order; please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Cancellation' to info@evieboolingerie.com.au. Alternatively you can telephone us on 07 3229 9191

Please be sure to include your name, address and order number. Our team will e-mail you when the cancellation has been processed

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from Evie Boo Lingerie is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Commonwealth Australia, and you agree that such contract will be subject  to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
