Despatch
We undertake to supply you with the goods described on these web pages by any date you might reasonably request. We have most items in stock so we will do our best to send your order within 1-14 working days. Please note that some brands may take up to 28 days. If you have an urgent order, it is always advisable to discuss your requirements on the telephone, freecall 1300 309750.

Delivery
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Evie Boo Lingerie can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.
Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered. We will not email you at all without your permission.  

Returns and Refunds
We take great pleasure in providing you with a quality and valued experience when shopping at Evie Boo Lingerie. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items to us, with the following conditions:

• Government health regulations state that we are unable to return briefs, shorts, thongs or strings, under any circumstance.
• You may return unworn, unsoiled merchandise, within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund. No refunds will be processed after this time.
• Within 21 days for an exchange, fault replacement of store credit. No exchange will be processed after this time.
• All tags must be in tact and attached to the garments.
• Receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.

Returns within Australia
If you are returning your order from within Australia, Evie Boo Lingerie is happy to pay for the return First Class postage of your parcel – simply stick the postage paid returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel and post.

Overseas Returns
If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and send to: Evie Boo Lingerie, P O Box 1162 Noosa Heads 4567, QLD, Australia. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from Evie Boo Lingerie is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of Commonwealth Australia, and you agree that such contract will be subject  to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
