How to look your best, all of the time

Finding your perfect fit can be a truly life changing experience, making you look slimmer, reduce back and breast pain and making you fell much more confident. This may sound extreme but just because your underwear isn’t necessarily seen, doesn’t mean that you can get away with badly fitting garments – they will only accentuate the negative when you have so much positive to show off!

According to recent figures, up to 70% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. Here at Evie Boo Lingerie, we are passionate about helping women find the correct bra for them. Underwear can be both supportive and sexy!

Many factors can change the size of our breasts, including weight loss or gain, ageing and pregnancy amongst others. Our bra size can change within a matter of months.

Here at Evie Boo Lingerie, we use a quick and easy system to check if your bra fits correctly. Once you find that perfect fit, you’ll never go back to wearing a badly fitting bra again!

There are some key rules to help you check you have the perfectly fitting bra…

Cups: the cups should encase the breast completely, check the underwire at the side of the cup sits behind the bust line. The material should be smooth and there should be no ‘spillage’ above or below the cup.
Underwires: the underwires should sit flat to your body, they shouldn’t dig in to you skin or poke out at the front. The front part of the bra should sit flat against your breast bone.
Back strap: the back strap provides the majority of the support of a bra and as such needs to be firm around your body – make sure that it sits horizontally around your body, not too low and that it doesn’t ride up at the back.
Shoulder straps: The shoulder straps should sit comfortably on your shoulders, firm enough to provide support but you should not have any red marks or grooves on your shoulders.
