All About...Delivery

We aim to deliver items to you within 48 hours, if we have them in stock.  If items are not in stock, we will have to order them from the suppliers.  In this case delivery time may vary from 10 – 28 days.

Delivery of items is subject to availability and we cannot be held responsible for any items that cannot be supplied or for items that are lost in the post.  We strongly recommend that you choose the registered post option, in case of loss of goods during postage.

Delivery Costs, National

Standard Postage Costs: $10.80                2–3 working days

Express Postage Costs: $15.40                 next day to most areas

International Postage Costs: $20.00           (Europe and the rest of the world)

Postage costs will appear on your price summary at the checkout stage of purchase. 

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. For hygiene reasons however, we are unable to refund briefs of any kind -  thongs, shorts, swimwear briefs etc. 
Please return items to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 days. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

Please ensure that you provide transaction details with all returns as we cannot trace returns if we do not have this information.  Please also ensure that you send your item back safely by obtaining a free proof of posting certificate, just in case anything should go missing.

Returns within Australia
If you are returning your order from within Australia, Evie Boo Lingerie is happy to pay for the return First Class postage of your parcel – simply stick the postage paid returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel box and post back to us.

Overseas Returns
If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and send to: Evie Boo Lingerie, Shop 10, 293 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, 4000, QLD, Australia. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting.
