All About...Delivery

We aim to deliver items to you within 48 hours, if we have them in stock.  If items are not in stock, we will have to order them from the suppliers.  In this case delivery time may vary from 10 – 28 days.

Delivery of items is subject to availability and we cannot be held responsible for any items that cannot be supplied or for items that are lost in the post.  We strongly recommend that you choose the registered post option, in case of loss of goods during postage.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. For hygiene reasons however, we are unable to refund briefs of any kind - thongs, shorts, swimwear briefs etc.

Please return items to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 days. You will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange. All exchanges are free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

Returning any items to us is simple whether you are returning your parcel from inside or outside of Australia. Simply complete the Returns Form and stick the returns address label provided in your order onto your parcel and pop it in the post! . We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

Please note you will need to pay the postage for any items you send back., Please ensure that you provide transaction details with all returns for identification purposes. We highly recommend sending your returns back to us using a registered or sign on delivery service.

Overseas Returns
If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and send to: Evie Boo Lingerie, Shop 10, 293 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, 4000, QLD, Australia. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting. Again we would recommend sending your returns back to us using a registered or sign on delivery service.
